A few weeks ago, I got the chance to try these amazing Good Greens bars, which are completely packed in nutrients, vitamins, antioxidants, and probiotics. Everyone knows how hard it is to find a good, green, raw, organic, and natural bar that can help us to live a healthy and happy life. There are many scrumptious bars out there, but many aren’t quite as healthy as they are made out to be. Good Greens bars really are.
Good Greens bars are actually an excellent source of daily nutrients from raw fruits and veggies. They do not contain any artificial ingredients, and these bars are 100% vegan and gluten-free. Most of the ingredients are organic. Thanks to 90% of their ingredients being raw, they are highly nutritious and easier to digest. Good Greens bars are a great example of wholesome foods that can provide vegetarians with Omega 3 fatty acids, which are so important to key functions of our brains and eyes.
The bars are really packed with a ton of good superfoods. As an example, here’s the ingredient list for chocolate raspberry: Dairy-free Dark Chocolate [Evaporated Cane Juice, Liquor, Soy Lecithin, Natural Vanilla], Fruitrim® [Fruit Juices, Natural Grain Dextrins], Sunflower butter, Good Greens Z52® Superfood Powder [Proprietary Blend of WholeFood: Spirulina, Barley Grass, Chorella, Wheat Grass Juice, Wheat Sprout, Nori (seaweed), Acai Berry, Green Tea Extract, White Tea, Spinach Dulse, Carrots, Broccoli Sprout, Parsley, Alfafa Sprout Powder, Raspberry, Pomegranate, Blueberry, Mulberry, Goldenberries, Apple Gogi Berry, Concord Grape, Grapeseed Extract, Pine Bark, Mangosteen, Hydrilla Verticilla, Strawberry Leaves, Ground Flax, Bilberry, Rice Bran, Beet Juice Powder, Soy Lecithin, Acerola Berry, Rose Hips, Aloe Vera Juice, Milk Thistle, Ginger, Camu Powder, Lucuma Powder, Maca Powder, Mesquite Powder, Probiotics, Digestive Enzymes, Natural Resveratol, Omega 3 derived from “Plant Based” Live DHA, Bioperine, Hemp Powder, Chia Seeds], Brown Rice Protein, Gluten-free Oats, Agave Syrup, Wild Blueberries [with White Grape Juice and Canola Oil], Brown Rice Crisps, Freeze-dried Raspberries, Inulin, Organic Natural Flavors, Brown Rice Syrup, Peanut Paste.
From all the nutritional Green Bars I’ve had, Chocolate Mint and Chocolate Coconut are my favorite ones. I just love the combination of those two ingredients (mint and coconut) with chocolate, and they are mixed wonderfully in these tasty protein bars.
They are a sweet temptation, but you finally don’t have to worry, because they are healthy and so good for you! They can be eaten any time in order to provide your body with plenty of protein and nutrients, or can simply be eaten as a treat (for the many of us that cannot get rid of the need of having something “sweet” between meals).
Have you already tried these Good Greens bars? You can find them at Heinen’s Fine Foods, Marc’s, Mustard Seed Market, GNC, Dave’s, Anderson’s Market, and Krieger’s. You can also purchase them online directly from their website — GoodGreens. Enjoy them and share your thoughts with us!

Full disclosure: I received these bars from Good Greens for free in order to review them on Planetsave. However, I was under no pressure to give a good review or note anything in particular about the bars.
