Proof of the hazardous, risky, severe results from fracking grows. Local communities are at serious risk from the\u00a0process of fracking. A new report,\u00a0Fracking by the Numbers<\/a><\/em>,\u00a0states:\u00a0“The combination of two technologies\u2014hydraulic fracturing and horizontal drilling\u2014has enabled the oil and gas industry to engage to unlock oil and gas in underground rock formations across the United States.” But that’s just the beginning of the horror story:<\/p>\n

\u201cFracking,\u201d however, has also led to tremendous\u00a0environmental harm and put the health and safety\u00a0of communities across the country at risk.<\/em><\/p>\n
