Keystone XL NOT a Big Job Creator

Studies NOT conducted by TransCanada, the company wanting to build the Keystone XL oil pipeline Republicans in Congress have pushed through for expedited review with a payroll tax cut bill, show that the climate-change-disaster-of-a-project would create between 5000 and 6000 temporary jobs (State Department Study) or only 500 to 1,400 temporary jobs but that the long-term result could be that it would actually COST the U.S. jobs, meaning, take jobs away from us (Cornell).

  1. No, actually, it’s the global warming deniers who are alos most likely to deny evolution — look it up.

No, it’s not just correlation. There are over 10 lines of evidence that cause-and-effect relationships are happening. There is over a century of research on the matter, using nearly every scientific method out there. And they all point to the same outcome.

There’s a reason just about every overarching scientific body in the world has come to the conclusion that humans are warming the globe to a concerning degree.

It’s not about scaring kids, buddy, it’s about leaving them and their kids a livable world.

Also, there is no “majority of former believers” — the majority of people believe what I just wrote above, and the percentages have actually increased this year in the U.S. (and, most likely, around the world.)

  2. Another misinformed opinon. Lets see the proof of what you say, sure some of the jobs may be temporary, but so is a job building a house.  First off what connection do you have to the Keystone project to be making a statement on what impact this will have on the job situation? and of course any job temporary or not is going to help someone that did not have a job in the first place. All environmentalist are all talk little action with a misrepresentation of the true facts.

  3. Do climate blamers deny evolution as well as ancient
    climates?

The only way to prove climate change was not exaggerated and
is indeed caused by us Humans now, is to suggest that this climate of today has
never happened before despite the tropical fossils under the melting ice.
Otherwise it’s pure correlation or omen worship as history is already calling
it. Otherwise it’s all just a matter of who is saying what instead of what is
being said or a sick religion as history will call it.

Exaggerating an academic worst case scenario is the world of
science. Get used to it and I’d say stop trying to scare my kids but even they
are laughing at the grandparents of climate blame.

If you want to be progressive then get yourself up to date
and join the majority of former believers. The world has walked away from
climate blame and the new denier is anyone who doesn’t see that.
