Forest Conservation Manager: American Forests
The Forest Conservation Manager will help American Forests restore forests in some of country’s most iconic landscapes including the Rocky Mountains, Hawaiian Islands, and the diverse longleaf pine habitat in the southeast. The position is responsible for the following areas: 1) implementation of American Forests’ signature ReLeaf forest restoration programs (Global and American); 2) implementation of a new Wildlands for Wildlife initiative; and 3) assisting in the development of strategies for measuring the ecological and social benefits of restoration projects. The position also will collaborate with other departments and external partners in the development of projects and communication with target audiences.

Executive Director: The North American Butterfly Association
The North American Butterfly Association (NABA), the largest group of people focused on butterflies and their conservation, seeks an Executive Director. This is a rare opportunity to take a nationally important nature/conservation organization to the next level. This position will preferably be located in Morristown, New Jersey, but other locations may be considered.

Founding Science Teacher: New York City Charter School of the Arts
The Founding Science Teacher will work closely with the Principal and colleagues across disciplines to enhance the FOSS Science program to implement a world-class arts-infused middle school science program with extended lab-study. He/She will analyze the existing curriculum to identify opportunities for extension, interdisciplinary learning, arts infusion, and hands-on learning; in addition, he/she will be expected to anticipate areas of challenge or misunderstanding for entering sixth grade students, and practice foundational skills in ELA and Math to enhance their study of science. The ambitious nature of our school’s creative, academic and socio-emotional approach requires that our founding staff members embody an exceptional level of passion, flexibility, initiative, commitment to interdisciplinary collaboration, and experience working within a diverse community of learners and colleagues.

High School Science Teacher: Cloud Forest School
The Cloud Forest School is proud to hire experienced teachers from around the world. We are seeking an experienced High School Science Teacher to begin at the end of July. Our school year runs from mid-August to early June. Heavy content is biology, with some chemistry and environmental education.
