Project Coordinator: NYC Compost Project (Queens Botanical Garden)
The Project Coordinator for the NYC Compost Project hosted by Queens Botanical Garden reports to the Compost Project Manager. This person is primarily responsible for delivering workshops and trainings (including the yearly Master Composter course), providing technical assistance to community compost sites, and planning public outreach events. This person must be able to track all of their activities and efforts and submit data to the Project Manager in pre-defined quantitative or narrative format as needed.

Primary Science & Sustainability Teacher: Blue School
Blue School is currently seeking an experienced and collaborative Science and Sustainability Teacher (Kindergarten-5th grade) to start in August 2016. The ideal candidate will bring intelligence, creativity and passion for science to the Blue School community. He or she will work with both teachers and students to support science instruction in grades K-5 and work closely with the Science and Sustainability Specialist to support the advancement of Blue School’s vision for inquiry-based science education and sustainability initiatives.
