What a great video by the ever thoughtful Derek Sivers (via Life of Light).
And another nice post from Life of Light that sort of goes with it:
If you have a fault, consider well before you criticize another. Consider well before you think in a bad way about a friend, family member, spouse, or neighbor.
If you have a fault, you should have a clear picture of how you like others to deal with it, how you want others to deal with you. And you should, without thought, deal with them and their shortcomings in a similar way.
If you cannot do it without thought, at least do it with thought!

or are you talking about the following post? (not from the video, of course.) if so, it’s just another reiteration of something we could hear 1000 times and still not hear enough. 😀
the video certainly captures some things those quotes don’t at all. but they’re nice quotes nonetheless — thanks. 😀
Pull out the log: bible. Consider others better than yourself: bible. In view of Gods great mercy offer yourself as a living sacrifice: bible. Love your neighbor as yourself: bible. Oh to get back to the days where this nation knew the Word, concepts like this would be more duh with little need for media regurgitation. Nice vid though. (sigh)
