Here’s another great biking story. I covered and shared a video of perhaps the oldest living bicyclist in the world, Octavio Orduno, who bikes nearly every day at the age of 103, a couple months ago. Now, here’s another great one of an “aging” cyclist.
Lucette Gilbert, in the video above may have a ways to go to catch up to Octavio, since she’s only in her “very late ’70s”, but it’s still great to see someone biking at such an age.
Furthermore, she does an excellent job of expressing many of the benefits of bicycling in this very short video.
