10-minute video summarizing the science of global warming and how we know it’s happening.
We have written extensively on the causes and effects of global warming on Planetsave over the years, including how humans are causing global warming and the near scientific consensus on global warming being real and caused by humans.
Nonetheless, when a clear, succinct video on the matter comes out, it is hard to pass up. It’s not as short as “Global Warming in 5 Minutes, from a Top Hedge Fund Manager” (a very colorful must-read), but this summary video on the science of global warming, by James Powell, Executive Director of the National Physical Science Consortium, is perfect for anyone who wants to understand the scientific argument for global warming better.
And who is this Powell guy? Some green communist? No. “President Reagan and later, President George H. W. Bush, both appointed Powell to the National Science Board, where he served for 12 years.” He is also a former college and museum president.

I am aware there are scientific facts and I believe we are entering a changed planet due to human in-print, however how in the Northern Hemisphere charts from 200AD is re-constructed, but UN-likely in 200AD they were aware of global warming from a scientific level (Visual maybe) so re-constructed data for me is irrelevant to the global warming argument. Was there a reason for using such example?
